What is required to book my wedding date?

I require a $500 deposit along with your contract to book the date. The final amount is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

How long until we receive our wedding photos?

I will have all your photos edited and uploaded into our online gallery/print cart within 4-6 weeks of your event.

Can I upload my wedding photos to Facebook/Instagram once I get the USB drive?

Yes! we love social media! As stated in our contract, you may use your photos for personal use only. Feel free to share your images, as long as you give us photo credit - thanks!

Will you pose us?

We prefer to call it directing as opposed to “posing”. We will direct you into basic positions that inspire you to naturally be together for a look that is natural and not stuffy. For family portraits we will not only pose the groups but also act as “crowd control”

How many wedding photos will I get?

A minimum of 50 photos from your portrait session (engagement). Approximately 75 images per hour from your wedding day. I say that to be safe, but it usually ends up being way more, believe us.

Do you offer albums?

Of course! We have albums that range from coffee table books (around $150) to beautifully hand-crafted leather albums (around $300). All albums are custom-designed together and are a wonderful heirloom from your day. We have sample albums we can show you as well.

What if you die?

I understand, this is a very valid question. In the chance that I die, fall deathly ill or get into an accident making it impossible for me to photograph your wedding myself, be assured that I will make every effort to provide a replacement photographer from my many talented photographer friends. In the off chance that none of my friends are available for your date, I am a part of numerous photography networking groups who would be horrified for you not to have coverage and will step up to help make sure your day is good to go.

Do you have insurance?

Yes I do. My company and my equipment is fully insured and I can provide the proper paperwork to your vendors as needed.

What if our day is running late, will you stay longer?

Of course! I understand some timing issues are outside your control. The first half hour is free and any additional coverage is $300/hour

Lisa Kay Photography was contacted by our program as we had clients seeking professional headshots. Needless to say, Lisa is charming, and her work is excellent. Lisa arrived at our location with her equipment, set up, and was ready to start the process    very timely as there was a considerable number of photos to take. Her manner in engaging with the individuals was kind, professional and resulted in everyone feeling very comfortable and truly liking their final image. You know..It's hard to find people now-a-days that just make you feel as if we've been friends for years. The conversations and topics I brought up during our 30min photo shoot was something Lisa was not ready for (ha)! but Lisa is READY. Very professional and Honest. I absolutely plan on booking her for future shoots. I would travel miles for her! Absolute pleasure!
