“Every love story is beautiful, but ours is my favorite” // Sheri and Matt’s White Deer Run Vernon Hills Wedding was spectacular!
I met Sheri and Matt through past clients of mine who have become great friends (thanks Adam & Chip!). Hands down the best compliment ever is when a past couple refers me to a friend so I was super excited when Sheri and Matt reached out about their White Deer Run Vernon Hills Wedding.
When I met with the couple to discuss the details of their wedding they explained to me that the one thing they didn’t want was “super cheesy photo’s” – can I get an amen! They have both been in multiple weddings and have been with photographers that suggest super cheesy poses and they both knew that wasn’t their style. I loved them immediately!
The wedding ceremony was held at Saint Mary of Vernon church in Indian Creek, Illinois. The church was beautiful and Matt’s huge smile when he saw Sheri coming down the aisle with her dad is priceless! As we were leaving the church is started to rain and by the time we got to White Deer Run I was getting a bit worried. I asked Sheri if she still wanted to go out with the golf carts for photos and she was all for it (again, love her!) Seriously, Sheri and Matt had huge smiles on their faces all.day.long! The reception was stunning and the DJ had the dance floor packed all night long!
