This amazing Lincoln Farmstead Huntley Wedding has been in my head for the last year and it finally came to life with this gorgeous styled shoot.
Blame it on my roots (I was born in Iowa), but for the past couple of years I have been drawn to open fields, sunsets and barns. Don’t get me wrong, I love the City of Chicago, but it’s also nice to photograph a wedding in a gorgeous barn venue. Lincoln Farmstead is a newly renovated 1920’s dairy farm in Huntley, IL. Located just 6 miles north of I-90. I went out to meet the owners and I was blown away with how gorgeous this venue is! I immediately started to organize this Lincoln Farmstead Huntley Wedding styled shoot and here we are! It’s not hard to imagine a gorgeous wedding at Lincoln Farmstead. There are numerous outdoor area’s where a ceremony and cocktail hour can be held. The enormous white barn with hanging chandeliers and beautiful custom-built wood farm tables is a stunning wedding reception venue. The photo opportunities were endless and I had so much fun. The amazing sunset was just icing on the cake. I know many gorgeous barn weddings will be held in this new Huntley, IL location in the years to come.
