“Your fingers entwined with mine and suddenly life made sense.” / Brittany and Vince’s Hotel Baker Wedding was everything and more!
I first met Brittany and Vince last summer when Brittany reached out to me about her upcoming wedding and we started chatting about engagement photos. Brittany really wanted a romantic home engagement shoot and I had been itching to do an engagement such as this. You can see the magic we made that day HERE. After getting to know Brittany and Vince that day I knew their Hotel Baker wedding would be spectacular and boy was I right!
The wedding was held at the historic Hotel Baker in St. Charles. The day started with cloudy skies and the forecast said rain all.day.long. I packed up my umbrellas and hoped for the best! The couple got married at St. Johns Neumann Catholic Church with a beautiful ceremony. We then headed back to Hotel Baker for the reception. Luck was on our side as the rain subsided just long enough to go into the rose garden for photos of the wedding party. Can we just talk about how absolutely stunning this group is!?!?
The reception was held in Hotel Bakers Rainbow Room – named for the way the floor changes colors. The guests had a wonderful time dancing the night away. Brittany and Vince, I cannot thank you enough for letting me capture your Hotel Baker Wedding day memories!
