Cali reached out to me to get some branding photos done for her new website and social media. She owns Type A Creative Solutions and offers start-ups and small business owners graphic design and branding services. Cali is a born and bred Chicagoan and her personality is the quintessential first child stereotype (hence the business name of Type A) — her words not mine 🙂 I knew these graphic designer branding photos would be so much fun!
I was so excited to work on these graphic designer branding photos and bring her vision to life through dynamic branding images! I rented an amazing loft style location for our shoot and it was perfection. Our goal was to shoot a variety of images of her working so I asked her to bring in props for her branding shoot such as a laptop, notebook, graphic design documents and her color swatches.
We started off with some day-in-the-life photos of Cali working on projects using interesting angles for her graphic designer branding photo shoot. We then switched it up by moving her to the couch with a cup of coffee to give her some casual social media images. At every point I also took a variety of headshots for her to use as well. We ended the graphic designer branding photos with going outside and using some brick and gritty elements that scream Chicago!
