“I don’t know how to love without using my whole heart. I don’t know what it’s like to love someone half way” – reyna biddy // This quote reminded me of the way Bridget and Ralph look at each other. I loved everything about this Chicago Beverly Country Club Wedding!
Bridget is a teacher at the same school as one of my past bride’s who referred me to photograph this beautiful Chicago Beverly Country Club wedding (thank you Tracy!).
There are so many amazing moments and special touches to Bridget and Ralph’s wedding it is hard to pick just one! So I’m making a list of my top 5 favorite moments:
- The snow. The bride and groom really wanted a beautiful snowy winter wedding and Mother Nature was on our side! Not only did it snow, but Bridget and Ralph WANTED to go out into the snow for an epic snow shot – yes yes YAAAAASSSS!
- Bridget and Ralph met at the Taste of Chicago while both working for the iconic ice cream shop, Rainbow Cone – so I loved it so much when we stopped there to get some photo’s of the couple!
- Bridget is a teacher and the ceremony was held at the Catholic church with her school attached, so we took the girls into her classroom for some fun photo’s – how cute is this?
- The first dance! Bridget and Ralph danced to Michael Jackson’s PYT (Pretty Young Thing) and it was just amazing.
- The father-daughter dance – Bridget and her Dad danced to Guns and Roses “Sweet Child of Mine” and I have never seen such a fun father-daughter dance in all my wedding days!
For my first wedding of 2019, this Beverly Country Club Wedding was spectacular! A huge thank you to Bridget and Ralph for letting me capture their amazing wedding day! Huge Hugs, Lisa Kay
